You can calculate the cost of your domestic shipping (Colombia) at checkout. For international shipping, you must make your purchase directly via WhatsApp ; we will inform you of the steps to follow.

Products purchased through www.desordenco.com are shipped via third-party carriers. Therefore, we are not responsible for delivery times, whether due to issues with the shipping company, public order situations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss or damage to these products is transferred to the carrier.

If your product is listed as available in stock, you will receive it nationally within two (2) to six (6) business days and internationally within six (6) to fifteen (15) business days.

Please note that we handle limited quantities, so if your garment is not in stock, it will be made especially for you upon request. Our delivery time is 15 to 30 business days, depending on the quantity of garments and the complexity of your design. Once ready, shipping times within the country vary between two and six business days, and international shipping between six and fifteen business days.
