Refund policy

At Orden, we manufacture most of our garments to order , so please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Sizes and selection

Each garment includes a detailed size chart designed to help you choose the right size. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to assist you.

Changes

  • We only accept changes to basic garments without personalization .
  • The exchange must be requested within 8 business days of delivery.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to the exchange. If the exchange was due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs.
  • If the new product selected has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference in order to make the change.

Default returns

  • If your garment has a manufacturing defect , you must write to us within 5 business days of delivery with: Clear photos of the defect, Order number
  • In these cases, we can offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
